Trading Conditions and reservation method

1. We accept orders by phone, e-mail and fax at least seven days before planned performance of work. It is possible to arrange a date of observation flights by phone two days before realization. In case of exceptional case, it is possible to arrange a flight by phone three hours before realization.
2. The order has to include all customer data (address, Reg. Nr., VAT Nr., bank details). Payment on invoice or proforma invoice is accepted at corporations according to contract. Payment in cash is accepted in a place before taking off from natural persons and they are obliged to identify by identity card or passport.
3. The helicopter takes off from Plasy airport. If required, we can arrange take off from any airport throughout the Czech Republic. The customer pays an arrival price. Landing and taking off at other places than at airports conform to special rules and it is necessary to arrange it together with flight reservation.
4. In case of observation flights, customer is obliged to come at starting place at least twenty minutes before planned flight departure. Children between the ages 3 - 5 can take part a flight only accompanied by a person who is 18 years old or older and is fully responsible for their behaviour at the airport and on board. The others at the age up to 18 years can take part a flight only with the agreement of adults.
5. It is forbidden to enter on board with guns, munition, explosive substances and other dangerous things and substances.
6. All customers are obliged to follow pilot´s instructions all the time at the airport, boarding, during the flight and getting off. All passengers are obliged to be fasten by safety seat belts during the flight.
7. A pilot is authorized not to permit an entry on board to persons who are intoxicated or impaired or under the thumb of other addictive drugs. It is not allowed to smoke on board.
8. In case of breaking the safety rules on passenger´s part, a pilot has the right to stop the flight and land.
